- I don't have PSX, but here is a general notice for hooking japanese cosole
- into RGB monitor.

- You have to check C-SYNC level. Most of all monitors takes active-
- low signal, but many video chips output active-high signal.
- (e.g. You need two 1k ohm resistors and a 2sc1815 transistor to
- invert the level.)

- Moreover, if your monitor takes H-SYNC and V-SYNC, you have to
- separate C-SYNC into them. (e.g. You need a sync-separator, such
- as LM1881. Simple RC-integral circuit and comparator(XOR) might
- suffice, though.)
